Very clean room and comfortable bed. Beautiful atmosphere. Shower was wonderful. Spacious room. Would stay again.

No refrigerator or microwave. Only coffee pot was in the office. Staff wasn’t fluent in English.

Great stay for the one night we were there.

The property was beautiful, and the location of the different units is different at first but nice to sit out and enjoy the view.

The only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t a thermostat in our room to control the temperature.

It is located near downtown and it is convenient to travel there. However, it may not convenient for you if you want to

The room is clean. Price is relatively cheap compare to other accomodation in Miami.

Some of the facilities in my bed were broken :( Also, there is no water for flushing in the restroom when I get into the room on the first day. You have to walk 10-15 mins to the bus stop to take the bus to South Beach.

Very beautiful property in old heritage buildings. The dorm rooms were really nice. The pool was much appreciated

great location, a mile to the main strip in little havana and downtown miami. pool was nice.

room was a bit dirty and dusty, did not have pool towels. this is out of their control but it is right by the 1st street bridge that goes up and down for the boats on the river and it rings and makes loud noise throughout the night.

The rate for the purpose I booked it for. The staff was friendly. It was clean

No face towels and there is no restaurant around for lunch or breakfast.

Loved the vibe! Would stay here again!

The property was so cute. Nice little courtyard. Front porch furniture. It was like home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our room smelled like onions/food. Not sure if they stored or prepared food in a room adjacent to ours. Had to buy air freshener which didn’t help

Nice and spacious room in a little oasis close to Downtown

The room was very spacious, with a huge and comfortable bed. It matched the pictures published on booking.com. Both the room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The decor was very nice and the space felt very cosy and relaxing. The property consists of a few bungalow-style houses grouped in one space, which make a little "oasis" in the middle of a quiet residential area, with an onsite swimming pool and some relaxing spaces. The place was also very quiet, and it felt safe. The reception staff was kind and helpful too. I'd recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in a reasonably walking distance from Miami downtown and Little Havana.

One of the major downsides of the accommodation was, in my opinion, the privacy related to the windows. Unless it's not an issue for you, the windows were huge and exposing the whole bedroom with the bed in the middle of it. There were some high greenery in front of the windows, which definitely looked nice when looking from within the bedroom, but on the other hand, everyone who was passing the windows could see the inside of the bedroom perfectly well as it was on the ground floor. The building also had a porch for shared use, and people could see the bedroom from the porch. I could (and I did) use the window blinds when I had to, but they were completely opaque and didn't let any light through when used. In my opinion, semi-transparent curtains should be provided to secure privacy without sacrificing the light and the outside view. The other issue I had was with the aircon outlet, which was just above the bed. You can't switch the aircon off in the room because it's operated centrally, and all you can do is to block the airflow of the outlet, but it still works and some cold air (and noise) comes out. The other minor issues I found in the accommodation were the bathroom mirror lighting, which was way too high above, and I could not see my face properly lit to shave, and the tall bedroom mirror was placed weirdly in a corner which was uncomfortable to use. Also, a nice and comfy armchair would have been nice instead of just a simple and uncomfortable chair that was in the room.

Beautiful hotel, but noisy surroundings and lack of housekeeping affected the experience.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a lovely pool and bar. The room delivered what was promised and was clean. However, the window faced a bridge that lifts every thirty minutes to let boats pass, and the noise was extremely loud. It was very hard to sleep, and the noise from the hallway was also quite disturbing. One night, a lizard appeared in the room, but the staff was helpful and removed it quickly. Other than that, the room was clean. However, they did not clean the room or change our towels at all during our stay, so we had to use the same towels and bed sheets every day.

I liked the open courtyard in the middle and how homey the room felt.

We were right by a draw bridge that would alarm every time it lifted. I’d recommend earplugs. Additionally we went a busy weekend and they didn’t have anymore parking spaces open

There was just one big problem. It is close to the bridge and there is a ring sound whenever they need to open the bridge. Several times per night. Everything else was perfect. The staff is the best. I appreciate all the help from the reception women.
